QUALIFIED AND DEDICATED
Dr. Levy relies on his extensive experience in the field to treat addictive disease, utilizing his knowledge of general medicine, psychiatry, psychology and pharmacology. One of only a 202 physicians in the United States recognized as a Fellow, American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM), Dr. Levy specializes in prevention, diagnosis, treatment of withdrawal, medical or psychiatric complications, relapse and monitoring of recovery.
For nearly 25 years, Dr. Levy has dedicated his medical career to the treatment of drug and alcohol dependencies, serving in administrative positions for adolescent and adult dependency treatment programs in Wisconsin, Arizona and Nevada.
