Michael Levy, D.O., F.A.S.A.M., founder of the Center for Addiction Medicine, has dedicated his more than 25-year medical career to the treatment of alcohol and drug dependencies.

To address the important issue of addiction in Southern Nevada, Dr. Michael Levy has established the Living in Balance program in Las Vegas for treatment of addictive disease. The program is the only one of its kind in Southern Nevada.
