In 1995, Michael S. Levy, D.O. came to Nevada and established the only medical practice specializing in Addiction Medicine. Dr. Levy incorporated the Center for Addiction Medicine in 1998 in order to provide a full range of medical and therapeutic services to patients served. Dr. Levy operates the only private medical practice dedicated to the field of Addiction Medicine in Southern Nevada. He is professionally certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine and Board Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine.
SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
In 1995 established the only private medical practice specializing in Addiction Medicine in Southern Nevada. In 1998 the Center for Addiction Medicine was incorporated in order to provide a full range of medical and therapeutic services to patients served, including outpatient detoxification and intensive outpatient treatment programs for adolescents and adults.
