Dr. Levy incorporated the Center for Addiction Medicine in 1998 in order to provide a full range of medical and therapeutic services to patients served. Dr. Levy operates the only private medical practice dedicated to the field of Addiction Medicine in Southern Nevada. He is professionally certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
