In addition to his private practice, in 1998 Dr. Levy established an intensive outpatient program in Las Vegas. Clinically validated by Hazelden, one of the world’s best known and most respected private treatment organizations, the 8-week intensive outpatient program aids in the successful transition from a life of chemical dependence to a life without alcohol or drugs.
As medical director of the program, Dr. Levy oversees outpatient treatment for adults and adolescents with substance abuse problems, as well as programs for families affected by chemical dependency.
Previously, Dr. Levy served as the clinical director for adult chemical dependency programs at Montevista Hospital in Las Vegas and as the clinical director for the Local Addiction Recovery Center in Phoenix, Ariz.
His past administrative positions include clinical director of the Addiction Medicine/Dual Diagnosis Program at Northbrook Hospital in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, associate medical director of the Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, Wisconsin and medical director of the Recovery Center at Phoenix General Hospital and Medical Center.
