The facility is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Everyone from the nurses, to the techs, therapists, and case workers were beyond friendly. They never make you feel like a burden and treat you more than a number and paperwork. They truly cared about my well being and sobriety.
There are too many people to name, but my case manager John was AMAZING and my savior here. All of the nurses, especially Julia and Rodger were kind and helpful.

The facilities are above average, the food is amazing. The therapist and case managers truly care about you and your well-being. The class structure is good, lots of variety and different clinicians to help with personal needs. If you need/want help reach out to them.
I came to Banyan in Palm Springs all the way from the east coast in September of 2024. This was my third shot at treatment for my alcoholism in two years and my last hope to save my life. Inpatient helped me physically but only one month wasn’t going to keep me sober. When I moved to outpatient the real healing began and I am proud to say I am currently six months sober (an accomplishment I never was possible). In just a short period of time I was able to love myself again and create lasting friendships while understanding the severity of my addiction and how to cope with it. The BHT staff welcomed me like family and the therapists and group facilitators treated myself and my fellow peers with empathy and so much encouragement. I have to give a special thank you to Marc Stern the case manager. He was an absolute godsend and continues to be by keeping in touch about my recovery even...
My time at Banyan has certainly saved my life. The staff is attentive and only wants what's best for you. It's a safe environment and I would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with addiction. I must point out specifically Alex Ceniza one of the case managers at the treatment center. She absolutely goes above and beyond to help every client/patient and completely made sure my life outside the facility was certainly well taken care of
Banyan is a great place, they helped me become a new person. Thanks a lot to Alex my case manager and Chris my therapist. They helped me get on the right medication, and the food was awesome. I got to go bowling, and hikes, that helped me understand that you can really have fun and be sober.
